Cleveland Hall Estates

Brochure: Introductory promotion for a subdivision (Nashville, Tenn.)

Inside copy:

The land adjacent to Cleveland Hall Mansion,
once part of the Donelson family estate, is being offered
for the very first time. The demand for this pristine
and historical property has been tremendous --
phase two is already under way.

Cleveland Hall Estates offers choice building lots
and custom quality homes, each with its own
distinctive style. This stately property is filled with
gorgeous foliage, generous sidewalks, ornate street lamps,
and planned tennis and basketball courts.

What’s more, the award-winning
Hermitage Golf Course is just down the street.

In the midst of this elegance you’ll find convenience
and comfort: Just a stone’s throw away are schools,
shopping and downtown Nashville. Cleveland Hall Estates’
surroundings speak of seclusion and the warmth
of country living.

The setting, style and sanctuary
of Cleveland Hall Estates will impress you …

From Plan to Completion

Target: The discerning homebuyer seeking a homestead in an historic and peaceful location, near a pristine golf course and Pres. Andrew Jackson's historic home.

Results: Brochure was a successful part of the development's promotional efforts, precisely embodying the feel of the location, with the softened images and very dignified copy and font style.

My involvement: Like the majority of such work used in my portfolio, I not only wrote copy, but I did the design and production work. I "tuned" the client-supplied photos and designed the brochure, including a very colorful map for the back cover.
